General Meet Information

There will be a mandatory coaches' meeting Friday, November 6 at 9:00 PM at the Manor House on Montreat College's Black Mountain Campus (the location of the course).

Men's Race 10:00 AM
Women's Race 10:45 AM
Awards ceremony immediately following women's race.

Cross Country course will be open at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 6 for inspection and course walk-through.

All entries due Wednesday, November 4.

Entry Fee: $100 per gender/$200 per team. No fees will be collected at the meet, except for late registration fees (please bring your $25 late registration fee to the coaches' meeting, and make checks out to Montreat College Cross Country).

Official AAC Cross Country Championship t-shirts will be for sale on-site.

Directions

From the East:

1. On I-40 West, take Exit 64 (Black Mountain/Montreat).

2. Turn right onto NC-9/Broadway Street.

3. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Vance Avenue.

4. At the four-way stop, continue through. Montreat College entrance will be to the left, on your right.

From the West:

1. On I-40 East, take Exit 64 (Black Mountain/Montreat).

2. At the traffic light, turn left onto NC-9/Broadway Street.

3. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Vance Avenue.

4. At the four-way stop, continue through. Montreat College entrance will be to the left, on your right.

From the Montreat campus:

1. Take Assembly Drive toward Black Mountain.

2. At the stone Montreat gate, the street changes to Montreat Road (continue through).

3. At the traffic light, the street changes to Broadway Street (continue through).

4. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Vance Avenue.

5. Continue through the four-way stop. The entrance to the campus will be on the right at 510 Vance Avenue.
